Born in Montevideo, Uruguay, Chef Manny brings more than 25 years of culinary experience spanning Uruguay, Spain, and the United States. He has built his craft through international training and local mentorship, including time working alongside respected chefs who helped shape his refined technique and approach to bold, ingredient-driven cooking. After years rising through the kitchen ranks, he now leads Bonz’s fine dining kitchen with a focus on seasonality, precision, and creative execution.
At this Chef Series event, Chef Manny will guide guests through a live cooking demonstration and tasting experience, highlighting how thoughtful spice use and culinary technique elevate classic and contemporary dishes alike.
