The Arcana and the Seven Spheres presents a ritual-constructed system developed over four years through astrological timing, planetary invocation, and material correspondence. Exhibited here for the first time as a unified body, and in its first shared physical space.
Each work was initiated under precise celestial conditions, aligned with planetary dignities, days, and hours, and produced through the invocation of planetary intelligences informed by sources such as the Picatrix and the Orphic Hymns. Pigments and substrates were selected for their traditional associations; lapis lazuli for Jupiter, iron oxide for Mars, gold and silver leaf for the luminaries. The Major Arcana emerged through this process, followed by elemental works aligned to the solstices and equinoxes and structured in dialogue overlapping the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. Together, these works initiate an environment in which image, ritual, and cosmos converge.
