In this 90-minute class, Angel will guide participants through the full arc of Cup energy, exploring both its balanced and unbalanced expressions. In its highest form, this suit represents emotional intelligence, compassion, vulnerability, and meaningful bonds. In its shadow expression, Cup energy can surface as emotional overwhelm, escapism, fantasy, or feelings that have been suppressed and are calling for acknowledgment.

Like water, this suit flows, heals, cleanses, and adapts. Emotion is not weakness — it is guidance. The Cups ask us to slow down, feel what is present, and trust the intuitive wisdom that lives beneath the surface.
