Tarot reading is the skill of synthesizing card meanings, card positions, intuition, visual symbolism, and context. In this introductory Tarot reading workshop, deck creator Isabella Rotman will delve into the systems at work in tarot and nurture your natural tarot reading skills.
How do suits, numerology, and archetypes come together to make a card? Can you read without memorizing every card (yes!), and how does your intuition and personal experience affect a reading?
In this workshop, we will cover the foundational system of tarot, how to read for another person, and practice reading with a partner. No prior experience is necessary and all skill levels are welcome.
What to bring:
A notebook, pen, and any deck you prefer reading with (we have plenty of decks to borrow as well).
