Cette année marque la 10e édition de Minuit au Parc. 🥳Pour souligner l’occasion, notre équipe a puisé dans ses archives pour bâtir une programmation qui retrace l’historique des films cultes et des grands succès de la série au Parc.
Notre cycle ORIGINES se conclut avec TARGETS de Peter Bogdanovich.
‘’Bogdanovich aborde les scènes de violence sans sadisme ni complaisance. La véritable originalité du film réside dans sa façon de raconter l'affrontement de deux mondes, deux visions du cinéma. L'ancien contre le nouveau. Le film est révélateur par sa thématique du bouleversement que subit la société (et donc le cinéma) durant les années 70. La guerre du Vietnam, l'assassinat du président John F. Kennedy, autant d'évènements qui poussent les jeunes réalisateurs d'alors à traiter des sujets plus contemporains, notament sous l'influence du cinéma européen. To celebrate the occasion, our team dove into the archives to build a program that retraces the history of cult films and major hits from the series at the Parc.
Our ORIGINS cycle concludes with TARGETS by Peter Bogdanovich.
