This 75-minute Vinyasa-meets-Hatha flow is designed to shake off the weekend and set you up strong for the week ahead.

Bring your mat, your water, your favorite yoga buddy (or come solo and make one), and any props you love. We’ll move, breathe, maybe wobble a little — then we toast to it.

After class, stick around and celebrate your savasana with the crew.
