About this Event
In this workshop you will gain experience of the craft of tapestry weaving which will include designing a project, warping and weaving on a wooden tapestry frame. We will weave tapestry stitches and techniques using a variety of colours, yarns, textures and materials and in the process create a small sampler, which could be made into a wall-hanging if desired.
All materials and equipment are provided. If you have a tapestry frame/loom and yarn that you would like to use, you are welcome to bring them.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and the number of participants is limited to 10.
