Please join me in meditation!Adult Group Guided Meditation meets every 1st and 3rd Thursday evening of the month from 6:30-8:00pm.
We meet at the ART 634 building in Jackson, Michigan.
Cost: Your first time is free!

We will take time to talk. You are welcome to share anything that is on your mind. Maybe you had a really great day/week and you're proud of your accomplishments.
