Tao Tantric Playshop

My name is Nya and I am a Tao Tantric Arts facilitator, taking a trauma informed and truly holistic approach to sexual vitality practices and expanding of consciousness. I come from many years of spiritual practice always feeling a longing to know the divine feminine more deeply. Tao Tantra for me has been an accessible, harmonising and fulfilling path of connecting to the great mother through my own body, and this is the basis of the processes I facilitate: to hold a space in where you can find your way home to the goddess consciousness which permeates your being. Whatever flavour and colour that has for you. 

The most famous piece of the Tao Tantric sexuality practices is the jade egg. The jade egg is, however, inserted into a wider range of practices, which activate and harmonise the energy pathways in the whole body. 

In this workshop we will dive into the role of the jade egg in Tao Tantric arts, and play around with moving and freeing up energy in our own bodies. The energy we work with is called Shakti, Kundalini, or lifeforce energy, and this workshop will guide you through practices where you can meet and free up more of this energy for yourself. 

We will do gentle and self paced activations in a deep and playful space.
