Once again rising from the ashes Theater Artists Olympia is back, In a new venue and hitting the ground running with Ruben Grijalva’s Anna Considers Mars – a play part science fiction, part family drama, and part hilarious comedy with a dark streak – Anna faces the possibility of fulfilling her life-long dream to go to Mars while bumping up against a host of moral dilemmas here on earth. Anna is hopeful that along with the human species attempting to start over, she can start over too. Now she just has to get her hands on a golden ticket. Anna Considers Mars is a crazy, compelling, complicated, and comedic view of where we may be headed, in the not-so-distant future, when human habitability on Earth is critically threatened by climate change.
