Dive into Tantric Therapy
This six-day workshop (divided into two blocks) offers a deep dive into tantra-inspired techniques for one-on-one therapeutic or coaching settings. You will explore a range of practices, including somatic and embodiment exercises, emotional release, energy work, bodywork, breathwork, therapeutic inquiry, constellations, and body-psychotherapy techniques. Designed to bridge cognitive and somatic understanding, this workshop empowers you to align with your body’s natural wisdom, allowing life force to flow freely and fostering greater authenticity in how you connect with others and yourself.
From a young age, we are taught to think but often lack the guidance to feel and understand our bodies, emotions, and energy. Through embodiment practices, you will reconnect with your innate ability to listen to your body’s unique language, deepening your understanding of your needs and emotions. This clarity enables you to live more in alignment with your true self.
This workshop helps you build a stronger relationship with your body, nurture intimacy with yourself, and uncover hidden treasures within your physical, emotional, and mental states. It fosters a harmonious connection between mind and body, inviting inner peace and clarity about what truly matters to you. These insights can enhance every aspect of your life—whether romantic, platonic, or professional.
