Latihan is the practice of diving into yourself and into the unknown. What you will find there is for you to discover.
Let the music be a medium to go deeper, and listen to the movements that come.
What to expect?
Facilitated by Leticia Aravena & Andrea Dennis, the evening begins with an opening circle where we describe a container that promotes safety, surrender, and connection explaining the nature of non verbal communication + consensual touch.
We then invite participants to get a taste of a sense activation tantric practice before moving into a blindfolded experience without speaking, guided from the Void and to the sound of music.
We close the evening with a sharing circle to check-in.
**This is not a workshop. It is a life practice we are sharing in a communal space. We hope you integrate the experience into your daily lives.

Bios
Andrea Dennis is a facilitator and storyteller. She has facilitated retreats for foresters, scientists, engineers, world youth leaders, Chicago teens and nonprofit executives. She is deeply devoted to the Work that Reconnects and Starhawk's body of teachings.
Leticia is a movement artist, embodiment guide, tantra practitioner, and somatic intimacy coach and facilitator in the realms of the mystical arts, somatic healing, sacred sexuality and embodiment. Leticia has a deep call for creating and holding transformational spaces to support people to live a life of spiritual embodiment, shadow integration (embracing the un-integrated psychological material), wild innocence, radical love, divinity in matter, and an ecstatic resonance anchored in the primordial dark beyond polarity. She has a passion for the mysteries of matter, the shamanic, authentic emergence from the dark core, the path of the mystic and bringing forth the temples of the new earth.
