In tantric spaceholding, we go beyond all that. It is not about power, status, or knowing better than someone else. Nor is it about fixing traumas or labeling emotions as positive or negative. The aim is transformation: reclaiming your energy, allowing it to flow freely, and surrendering to nature—to Shakti.

🌿 Module 1 – The Foundations of Spaceholding
What is spaceholding, really? Where does it come from, and how is it applied in Tantra, therapy, and other contexts?
In this first module, you’ll learn what it truly means to hold space – for yourself and for others. We’ll explore the building blocks of a safe ‘container’ and practice making clear agreements about consent, boundaries, and presence in Tantric work.
You’ll discover how to create safety without controlling, and how to hold energy without trying to fix it. You’ll learn the difference between observing and intervening, and gain insight into your personal strengths and pitfalls as a spaceholder.
Through simple and practical exercises, you’ll learn how to guide a workshop in which participants can open up while staying grounded and safe. This module offers a solid foundation for anyone who wants to understand how spaceholding works in Tantra.

This course is open to anyone who feels drawn to spaceholding in Tantra. If you already have a background as a tantrica, teacher, or group facilitator, you can join right away. For those who have not worked with Tantra before—or only have experience as a spaceholder at temple parties—we do recommend starting with Tantric Popcicles or Tantric Fingerfood first and than contact us . That way, you can experience the perspective from which we work and participate with more depth in this pioneering practice.
