Tantra is the ancient yogic science of harnessing and directing life force, called prana, to cultivate steadfastness, clarity, and ease within in order to connect to our inner light (subtle) body.
Through the Tantra Yoga method one is said to be able to ultimately reach a state of eternal bliss, remembering and tasting that which we really are...whole, complete, and fulfilled.
This class will involve asana, bandha, pranayama, mantra and meditation. This thorough and deliberately designed class is an opportunity to clear excess static in the body and mind and awaken subtle energy.
1-2 years yoga experience and some basic understanding of bandhas and chakras recommended to get the most out of this class.
This workshop will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
