When Tania Nichamin steps onto the stage, it’s clear you’re witnessing something special.
With a voice that’s rich and soulful and a magnetic presence that fills every room, Tania is
blazing her way through the country music scene with her phenomenal seven-piece band and
stunning four-part harmonies.
A storyteller at heart, Tania blends classic country roots with a bold, modern edge. Her songs
are pure authenticity with lyrics that cut deep and melodies that linger long after the last note.
Whether it’s a fiery anthem or a heartfelt ballad, Tania sings every word like she’s lived it,
because she has.
After a whirlwind rise that most only dream of, Tania cemented her arrival with the release of
her debut album, TURN IT UP, launched at the 2025 Tamworth Country Music Festival. The
album is already making waves, positioning her as one of the brightest new names in country.
Tania first captured the nation’s attention in January 2023 when This Is Our Love Song,
written for her husband for their wedding day, was uploaded by her son. It rocketed to #5 on
the iTunes charts which caught the eyes of major media outlets nationally, including a feature
on A Current Affair.
Determined to build on that momentum, Tania released BIGGEST HEART, an emotional
tribute to her terminally ill father and two-time Golden Guitar nominee Shane Nichamin. The
song earned national airplay and just weeks Tania lost her father to leukemia, pushing her
passion to continue his legacy even stronger.
Her third single, LORRAINE, showcased her depth as both an artist and a storyteller, shining
a light on domestic violence, and with her directorial debut, this stunning music video
premiered nationally on Foxtel’s CMT.
Graduating from the prestigious Academy of Country Music in January 2024, Tania then
teamed up with Golden Guitar-nominated producer Michael Carpenter to craft her debut
album TURN IT UP, featuring co-writes with Golden guitar winner Kevin Bennett, Cody
Walker, and renowned singer/songwriter Anthony Snape.
In August 2024, Tania released Sunsets (co-written with Snape), a poignant tribute to her late
father, paired with another stunning self-directed video on CMT. Her latest single, Bigger The
Hoops, has catapulted her onto the international stage, hitting #1 on a U.S.A radio station and
featuring again on CMT.
With national airplay, Apple Music and Spotify playlist features, and multiple charting
singles, Tania’s momentum is undeniable and her recent artist spotlight on ABC’s Saturday
