VALENCIA BATIUK aus Buenos Aires ist Tänzerin & Dozentin für Tango Argentino mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung. Ausgebildet in klassischem Ballett, zeitgenössischem Tanz & Tango, begann sie ihre Karriere in den 1990ern. Sie arbeitete mit Brenda Angiel, Miguel Robles, Ana María Stekelman (Tangokinesis) & wirkte im Film Tango von Carlos Saura mit. Sie ist Mitbegründerin von El Motivo Tango, sowie Schöpferin von BONDI, einer kollektiven Praxis für Austausch und Weiterbildung. Sie unterrichtet international & ist Jurorin der Tango-Weltmeisterschaft – eine prägende Stimme der Szene.
ANGELIKA THIELE aus Deutschland ist zeitgenössische Tänzerin, Performerin und Tango-Pädagogin. Sie entdeckte Tango durch die Arbeit mit der Choreographin Ana Mondini am Staatstheater Kassel. Ihr Unterricht betont die Verbindung, Technik und eine organische Bewegungsqualität. Angelika hat einen MFA in Darstellender Kunst von der Universität Göteborg und lebt in der Nähe von Salzburg.

About the Artists
VALENCIA BATIUK (Buenos Aires) is a renowned Tango Argentino dancer and teacher with over 30 years of experience. Trained in classical ballet, contemporary dance, and tango, she began her career in the 1990s. She worked with Brenda Angiel, Miguel Robles, Ana María Stekelman (Tangokinesis), and appeared in Carlos Saura’s film Tango. She is co-founder of El Motivo Tango and creator of BONDI, a collective platform for exchange and professional development. An international teacher and jury member of the Tango World Championship, she is a defining voice in the tango scene.
ANGELIKA THIELE (Germany) is a contemporary dancer, performer, and tango educator. She discovered tango through her work with choreographer Ana Mondini at the Staatstheater Kassel. Her teaching emphasizes connection, technique, and an organic movement quality. Angelika holds an MFA in Performing Arts from the University of Gothenburg and lives near Salzburg.
