Calling all dancers!Amazing opportunity to work on your posture with expert Alejandra Armenti. Alejandra has completed several degrees on biomechanics of movement and through her deep experience performing, teaching, and milonga-dancing, she has distilled a number of exercises and tips to really take your dance (and your life) a whole step up.

Bring: comfy clothes, a mat, two towels and a tennis ball (if you have it)
