Tandem Deadlift Championships – WDCWe’re excited to host our first Tandem Deadlift Competition! This is your chance to team up, lift big, and get your name on the World Deadlift Council leaderboard.
Competition Rules:
Four attempts per team – make them count!
Raw or equipped lifting allowed
Straps and Figure-8 straps permitted
Conventional deadlifts only
Your heaviest successful lift will be submitted to the World Deadlift Council

EVENT FORMAT
🏋️ Lifting Rules:
Each lifters gets 4 attempts to reach their best lift
Each attempt allows up to 2 retries with a maximum of 30 seconds rest between retries
💪 Strongman Rules Apply:
Hitching, sliding, and resting on thighs are allowed
At the completion of the deadlift, athletes must:
✅ Stand fully upright
✅ Shoulders square
✅ Knees locked
How you get to that position is up to you—this follows Extreme Strongman Rules, NOT IPF Powerlifting
No weight or age classes—just bring your strength, have fun, and lift heavy!
