You are invited to attend the annual spring concert by the Texas A&M University Trombone Choir on April 14th. This semester, Dr. James Van Zandt has led the choir in rehearsals and performances as Dr. Wilborn is on research leave. The choir will perform music by Christopher Sharpe, Jack Wilds, John Fanin, David Holsinger, Meredith Willson, Michael Giacchino, Dmitri Shostakovich and David F. Wilborn. We are excited to welcome our first guest conductor - Mrs. Mary McNeel, Orchestra Director of the A&M Consolidated High School Orchestra. Mrs. McNeel will be conducting “Fire of Eternal Glory” by Shostakovich.The concert is free and open to the public.
