The Tampa Bay Caribbean Carnival returns to Perry Harvey Sr. Park on Saturday April 22nd and it will be a huge event for the entire family to enjoy! Lots of activities will be in store for all that attend, and we will have a parade for the people of Tampa Bay to view masqueraders in colorful costumes!
Doors open at 12pm!
