Come along and be part of a growing, vibrant community of women in business.

Speaker - Hazel Colby, Women’s Health Physiotherapist
Hazel is a Women’s Health Physiotherapist with a straight-talking, practical approach to pelvic health. She works with women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery and beyond, helping them manage issues like bladder and bowel symptoms, prolapse and pelvic pain, without the fluff or confusion that often comes with it.
Hazel runs her own private practice, supporting women to feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their bodies again. She’s passionate about cutting through the stigma around pelvic health and making it something women actually understand, talk about, and get proper help for.
Whether it’s getting back to exercise, lifting without worry, or just not having to think about your pelvic floor all the time, Hazel’s focus is simple: real, practical results that fit into real life.
