TMWโs conference explores the most current music industry trends and dives into cross-sectoral analysis via panels, presentations, workshops, inspiring talks and networking. Co-hosted with Music Estonia.

TMW 2026 is organised by Muusikanรคdal NGO in collaboration with Shiftworks, various partners and co-curators. The conference programme is completed in collaboration with the national music industry development centre and export office Music Estonia.
TMW is a co-founder of The Federation of International Music Conferences (FoMC), and a member of the European talent exchange programme ESNS Exchange, the global gender equality network Keychange and the European showcase platform for global music UPBEAT.
