About this Event
Work 1:1 with Integrative Therapist Catherine Hamm:
Catherine works as an Integrative Therapist - Integrative means that she mainly follows a person-centred approach, where the client is the expert of their own story and experience, but she also works with elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Gestalt within her practice.
Catherine has been working as a therapist seeing clients one to one, for almost 4 years, with experience of working with Canterbury Counselling Services, as well as Herne Bay Counselling Services and also privately, in her own practice. Catherine sees clients with possible symptoms or feelings of anxiety, experiences of grief, depression, family troubles and other issues that may affect a person’s day to day life. In addition, she also works with clients who may have autism, ADHD, bipolar, to name a few, those clients might be looking for answers or an understanding of their feelings. Catherine will work with your ‘felt experience’ and together you will look at ways that we can then work towards improving your life, looking at the best strategies for you. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach, as every person is unique and with talking therapy you can chat in a relaxed, non-judgemental environment, to work on getting to the core of what might be troubling you, as you are the expert of what you have been through.
For this particular therapy we recommend committing to 3 consecutive sessions to maximise benefits.
The sessions are held in Revival where Catherine creates a warm, supportive, wholly confidential environment for her clients to progress and make positive changes in their lives; to get from where they are, to where they want to be.
Accessible to all people. Follow up sessions are available.
