Join Dr Toby Newstead for this special Talking Leadership event. In this bespoke 3-hour workshop, Dr Newstead will take participants through a theoretically robust approach to developing leader self-awareness. Leader self-awareness is widely accepted as a necessary precursor to leader effectiveness, but conventional approaches to developing leader self-awareness are limited and limiting.
Participants will gain new insights into their own self-awareness and the tools needed to implement this approach in their teams. Light lunch provided.
