A Gathering of Food, Story & Shared Connection
📍 Pyle Adult Recreation Center – Tempe, AZ
🗓️ Wednesday, May 20 | 6:00–7:30 PM
In many Indigenous and tribal traditions, community is built around food. We gather, we share, we listen, we remember. Meals are not just nourishment for the body—they are a way of passing down story, culture, history, and care. Sitting together in this way is one of the oldest and deepest forms of connection we have.
With that spirit, we invite you into a simple, heartfelt evening of sharing—a potluck where the focus is not on teaching, but on being together. A space to slow down, connect, and experience the medicine of community through food, laughter, and presence.
We encourage you to bring something that brings you joy—whether it’s a family recipe, a cultural dish, or something simple you love to share. Each offering carries a story, and each story adds to the richness of the circle.
✨ A few gentle notes:
- The Medicine Way will provide plates, utensils, cups, and napkins
- If you’re able, please bring a label for your dish (ingredients/allergies/sensitivities)
- Come as you are—your presence is just as meaningful as anything you bring
This is one of the ways we build community—not just by gathering, but by sharing pieces of ourselves, learning from one another, and growing in relationship.
All are welcome. Donation optional. Come sit with us, share a meal, and be part of the circle. đź’›
