About this Event
Join us for an intimate, grounding mental health gathering hosted in partnership with a Six Shooter coffee shop. This is a sacred, intentional space where we explore mental health coping skills, share lived experiences, and build community with others navigating mental health in any capacity. Part one is in March and Part 2 will be held in April.
Participants are encouraged to bring a binder for handouts and personal reflections. If you enjoy tea, feel free to bring your favorite mug or sip from the selections provided.
To honor the space and support mindfulness, we will unplug together. A phone box will be available so we can step away from distractions and be fully present for our 2‑hour session.
This gathering is designed with care, confidentiality, and compassion. Come as you are; ready to breathe, learn, connect, and practice new tools for emotional well‑being in a supportive community setting.
