Jeanie Doogan-Headliner
Jeanie started her career at the tender age of five when she quickly learned that as the youngest of eight children she needed a hook if she ever wanted to be fed, bathed, or have her existence acknowledged in any way. Failing miserably at tap dancing, Irish dancing, gymnastics, and academics, she carved out her comedy niche with kick-ass knock-knock jokes and soon rose to fame at the family dinner table with such classics as: “knock-knock.” “knock-knock.” “knock-knock! Open the door! You left me outside again!” Since her kitchen table debut, Jeanie has entertained audiences at colleges, casinos, and corporate events, and is a regular at venues such as Zanies Comedy Clubs, The Laugh Factory, and The Comedy Bar. She was highlighted in Chicago Parents’ Magazine’s Four of Chicago’s Funniest: Stand Up Parents, and was featured on Team CoCo’s House All Star Showcase, and Nick Jr.’s Moms’ Night Out debut stand up special. Jeanie has set herself apart with her quick observations and no-apology take on teaching, parenthood, and American culture. Her sharp wit draws on her experiences growing up on the South side of Chicago and 20 years as a public school teacher to deliver comedy that reaches audiences of all walks of life.
Zoe Dodson
Stealing the hearts of audiences and stealing lip liners from Walgreens (allegedly), Zoe Dodson is new to the comedy scene and ready to leave people asking "Where did she come from?" For as long as she can remember, people have said to Zoe that they can't tell when she is kidding or being serious. She's still not sure! Zoe just headlined "Fresh Faces" at Laugh factory and features at Zanies. She's one to watch!
Alex Ridge
Alex Ridge is a Chicago-based stand-up comedian from LaGrange Park, Illinois, known for his laid-back and relaxed style of comedy. His sharp wit and effortless delivery have earned him a spot on Comedy Plex Comedy Club’s “Watch List,” highlighting him as a comedian on the rise. Alex has performed all across the Midwest, bringing his unique perspective and easygoing humor to audiences throughout the region. Whether onstage or online, he continues to make a name for himself as a fresh voice in stand-up comedy.
Alex Hudec
Turning himself into a suburban Illinois comedy mainstay (at least he’d like to think so). He’s recently expanded into Wisconsin and Indiana (jealous?). The winner of the 2025 “Fight of the funnies” competition at Zanies in Rosemont, he touches on topics like cerebral palsy, his athletic prowess (or lack thereof), and other stuff too, but he’s not going to give his whole act away in this bio.
