BOOK YOUR £8 TICKETS https://www.museumartswindon.com/whats-on/curator-talk-the-lost-surrealist-henry-orliks-quantum-revolution/Join us at Museum & Art Swindon for a fascinating talk by Grant Ford, delving into the life and works of Henry Orlik.
Born as a displaced person in 1947, Orlik spent over forty years in isolation quietly developing what he called 'quantum painting' - long before quantum computing became widely known.
Coinciding with the 2025 UN International Year of Quantum Science and Technology, this exhibition celebrates Orlik's ability to capture the vibrating energy of thought, and create surfaces that pulse with life even when reflecting personal struggle.
As seen in The New Yorker, The Guardian, ARTnews, Smithsonian Magazine, and the BBC.
