🌿Flow, Sound & Sauna is back!🌿Sunday 25th January
An extended 75 minute gentle yoga flow, followed by a long rest accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.
Take time to rest and reset, whilst taking in the gorgeous views of the Wiltshire countryside.
Don’t fret, we’re in the Wild Space, a heated tepee so we’re out of the January elements, whilst still feeling connected to the outside!
All welcome, no experience necessary.

Laura will be holding another rituals sauna session, a beautiful way to round up the morning, to leave feeling refreshed and revitalised. This was so so magical last time! ✨🔥
