Talk: Neuro-inclusion in Employment, Higher Education & Research

Beatrix Butnicu (she/they) is an Autistic PhD student at the University of Sheffield currently studying the neurodiversity-affirming autism theory of monotropism. Beatrix is a passionate advocate for neuro-accessibility in the workplace and wider society, drawing on many years of lived experience as a multiply neurodivergent person with severe sensory sensitivity and chronic illness, as well as professional experience supporting other autistic people in disability staff network groups and research.
