Can our loneliness, fears, obstacles, and worries themselves be fuel for our growth and development?Buddha teaches that in order to change our world, we first have to examine and change our own mind. Contained within Buddha’s teachings is a special set of instructions called Lojong, or Training the Mind, which show us how to transform whatever circumstances we meet, whether good or bad, into opportunities for spiritual growth.
