Event Attendance Policy

Please be advised that all attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the event. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

Parental/Guardian Responsibility

Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children under the age of 16 throughout the duration of the event. The event organisers will not be held liable for any incidents or injuries that occur as a result of inadequate supervision.

Ticketing and Entry

All attendees, including those under 16, must have a valid ticket to enter the event. During the ticket purchase process, parents or guardians must indicate that they will be accompanying their child.

Code of Conduct

We expect all attendees to adhere to the event's code of conduct, which promotes a respectful and safe environment for networking and collaboration. Any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Liability Waiver

By attending the event, parents or guardians acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the safety and conduct of their children. The event organisers, venue, and sponsors disclaim any liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur.

Privacy and Photography

Please be aware that photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness for promotional purposes. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact the event organisers prior to the event.

NOTE: Employers look forward to hearing all your ideas at the event – just to make you aware, we often hear there's no such thing as an original idea anymore, and our media partners will have hundreds of ideas already in development. Please rest assured, if they like your idea, and don't already have it on their slate, they won't do anything with it without your [ok/involvement].
