Using the power of sound and meditation, we’ll relax, restore, and “retune” ourselves into balance. Sound can often guide us into releasing pain, worry, and anxiety, expanding our neural pathways by clearing our slate in a meditative state. Soundbaths can thus often create space for healing, allowing creative insights to spark through!
It's high time to celebrate the season of solstice! The summer soundbath is designed to offer a sonic balm in this super solar season. Soundbaths can often the relax nervous system which can lead to creative amplification, allowing insights and ideas to spark through.
Crystal bowls in the key of F, D, and A will be played by Los Angeles artist and musician .
THE SOUNDBATH WILL INCLUDE:
