Taking Control of My Time - Virtual Learning Bite

Today’s workplace has changed in many ways, more than ever how we spend our time is critical. This workshop is focused on looking at your time management practices and taking control of your time. As you move to more senior levels in an organisation there is a need to shift into a more strategic space.

Spending a high percentage of your time in a reactive crisis management space is unproductive and can negatively impact your health and wellbeing. Gain strategies to shift into a more strategic approach to managing your most valuable resource and increase your productivity.

Following the program participants will be able to:

• Explain the concept of time management and be able to apply effective tips and strategies to implement in the workplace.
• Analyse their current time management practices including strengths and areas of development.
• Apply effective time management techniques.
• Implement strategies for prioritising tasks and assertively managing their time.
