This workshop is focused on looking at your time management practices and taking control of your time. As you move to more senior levels in an organisation, there is a need to shift into a more strategic space.
Spending a high percentage of your time in a reactive crisis management space is unproductive and can negatively impact your health and well-being. Gain strategies to shift into a more strategic approach to managing your most valuable resource and increase your productivity.
