Taking an Active STEP

Join us at The Peak in Stirling for the launch of Active STEP, an exciting new programme designed to help organisations improve the health, wellbeing and productivity of their workforce.

Active STEP supports employers to embed physical activity into daily life, providing practical tools, guidance and support to help staff move more, feel better and perform at their best.

This event is an opportunity to learn more about the programme, hear from STEP and Active Stirling and explore how your organisation can get involved.

Jacqui Wardrop, Membership & Customer Service Manager will go into further detail on the Active Stirling membership, as well as outlining the upgrades to The Peak.

Following her speech, Vicky Murphy, HR Director from STEP will give an outline of the rest of the programme, detailing the Active STEP benefits, including discounted Active Stirling membership, a free employee wellness check and access to initiatives and events.

You’ll have the chance to network with other local employers who are interested in building healthier, more active workplaces.

As part of the morning, guests will also be able to take a look around the newly refurbished Peak facility and see first-hand the fantastic space available to support physical activity and wellbeing.
