Take Your Career Off Autopilot is a structured, small-group coaching experience where you'll reflect on where you are today, clarify what you want next, and develop a practical strategy to move forward with confidence.
Through guided discussions, coaching exercises, and peer insights, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your strengths, how you want to be known professionally, and how to build the relationships that support your career growth.
The program also includes a PXT Select assessment to provide participants with insights into their thinking style, behavioral traits, and interests to help guide them as they strategize their career.
What We’ll Focus On
May 18th-July 27th - 5 Session Coaching Program
(May 18th, Jun 1, Jun 15, Jul 13, and Jul 27)
During this five-session program, we’ll explore:
• Clarifying your career direction – What motivates you and where you want to go next
• Identifying your strengths and value – Understanding what you uniquely bring to the table
• Developing your personal brand – How you want to be known and recognized professionally
• Strategically building and leveraging your network – Creating meaningful professional relationships that support your goals
• Creating a practical career strategy – Turning insight into action with clear next steps
You won’t just leave with ideas—you’ll leave with a clearer strategy and renewed confidence in your career direction.
Please note: A minimum of 4 participants are needed to run the event and a maximum of 8 participants will be accepted to keep the group the best size for coaching focus and discussion.
