Class is offered EVERY FIRST Wednesday of each month for FREE!

Who Can Take the workshop?

Residents looking for income-based assistance programs.
Anyone wanting to become a more savvy renter.
Residents wanting to apply for the Our Florida Rental Assistance Program.

Registration to all our programs is typically required. After enrollment, you will receive a confirmation email with information to join the class. Or you can directly access it after registering.

UF/IFAS Extension Orange County is a HUD-Approved Housing Counseling agency. Participants will be mailed a certificate of completion at the end of the workshop after all class requirements are met. For more information, please contact us at 407-254-9200 or [email protected].

Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If a class is canceled, you will receive a notification confirmation in the e-mail that is provided during the registration process.
