These wonderful benefits are amplified when we engage in conversations and sharing observations with others, creating a sense of togetherness and building community.
Join Kelly Dwyer on May 27 (10-11:15 am) as we stroll through Manchester’s Stark Park (550 River Road). Along our easy route, we’ll explore:
• Wellness benefits of being immersed in our natural world.
• Signs of spring and summer wildlife such as bird and mammal activity, trees and plants blooming, and pollinators buzzing about.
• Mindful ways to engage with the natural world on a daily basis-right where you live!
Bring a picnic blanket and a packed lunch to enjoy this beautiful urban setting after our stroll!
