Co-Founders of Soul Plunge
Mia and Matt discovered cold plunging when looking for modalities to heal physical trauma and improve mental health.
They were amazed at how instant and effective it was. Of everything they tried, this practice had the most drastic change in the shortest amount of time.
They are now on a mission to share this with others. In 2023, they became SHERPA certified breath + cold exposure facilitators and shortly after, Soul Plunge was born.
Soul Plunge is a community to lean on as you tap into the deepest parts of yourself, release what is no longer serving you, and create space for healing + growth.

Length of offering : The breathwork class is 40 minutes, followed by a 3 minute cold plunge per attendee. Total length of time for the plunges will depend on how many people sign up. If there are more than 10 attendees, we will offer 2 plunges to speed up this time. We estimate the event to be 2 hours long.
