As always, Tain Bo will have something for everyone: Armored combat, archery, rapier, cut & thrust, arts & sciences competitions, classes, the popular Mead Meet, and much more. As this is our 10th year, all branches are eligible to compete for the coveted Tain Bo Banner, including the branch that won last year - the branch that wins will get to keep the banner forever!
This year, being our 10th Anniversary, we are going bigger and better than ever! We will have guests from all over the Knowne World joining us, including friends from the Barony of Carraig Ban, the Barony of Allyshia, and more. Their Majesties of An Tir will be in attendance and will be bestowing well deserved awards unto the populace, including at least 2 peerage elevations. To welcome so many friends from far away, new this year we will be having our first Embassy-Off - more details to come very soon.
On top of everything new (Tain Bo is ever evolving), we will also be bringing back some of the classics in our first "Greatest Hits Track" - activities, tournaments, classes, etc from a previous year that are just too good not to do again!
As we are much further out of town as in the last few years, we will not be having the large, free public market. However, we will still happily be having merchants. Please contact us for more information and to apply.
