Join Jacki Rosen, professional Chef, and explore the ease and versatility of French crêpes. In this class, students will be making both savory and sweet options. Savory crêpes will feature fillings such as creamy chicken with mushrooms and herbs, while the sweet crêpes will highlight mixed berries topped with Chantilly cream. To complement these delightful dishes, we will also serve a fresh spring salad.
*We can also prepare vegan crêpes to cater to everyone's preferences.
