On Monday, April 13th from 4:30-5:30 P.M. at the South Parkersburg Library. Any child under 12, who can read independently, can sign-up to read to a therapy dog for a 20-minute session at the South Parkersburg Library. Registration is required (will begin registration after the previous month’s meeting is over). Call or stop in for more information on available times and to register.
