On Monday, February 9th from 4:30-5:30 P.M. at the South Parkersburg Library. Any child under 12, who can read independently, can sign-up to read to a therapy dog for a 20-minute session at the South Parkersburg Library. Registration is required. Call or stop in for more information on available times and to register.
