Tai Ji Quan 8-Week Series

This program is offered biannually at Struthers and is led by our physical therapy team. Registration includes class attendance for two classes weekly for 8 weeks:

• Class held every Wednesday & Friday
• March 25th - May 15th
• 1:05 - 1:55PM
• Location: Struthers Parkinson's Center
• Cost: $160 (to be paid at Struthers at first class)

Our adapted Tai Ji Quan program targets balance skills. Additional benefits include:

• Improving flexibility, muscle strength & mobility
• Promoting relaxation to reduce anxiety
• Reducing falls risk
• Improving confidence
