Momentum and Stillness: Exploring the Dynamic and Meditative Aspects of Tai Chi
Tai Chi is about natural balance. Discover the balance between movement and stillness in Tai Chi practice. And, as we see within the Taiji symbol, the seed of one within the other.
We’ll be spending the day focussing on attaining and maintaining both qualities. Furthermore, one within the other, dynamism with stationary practice and stillness while moving. We’ll be exploring and embodying these concepts with simple, clearly explained partner work exercises.
As always, partner work is the key. Test, test and test again. Once you feel it for yourself, it’s yours..
