About this Event
Concerned about balance or feeling unsteady when walking?
Join us for this 4-weeks Tai Chi Walking program designed to improve balance, strengthen the legs, and help you move with greater confidence and ease.
Tai Chi walking is a mindful practice that trains the body to move slowly, smoothly, and with awareness. Through simple walking patterns inspired by traditional Tai Chi, you will strengthen your legs, improve coordination, and develop better balance.
Research has shown that Tai Chi can support balance, reduce the risk of falls, and improve mobility. The slow, relaxed movements also calm the nervous system, helping to release stress and promote a deep sense of relaxation.
This class is suitable for beginners and anyone looking for a gentle, low-impact way to build strength, stability, and confidence in movement. FYI: we move slow, very slow.
