Tai Chi will help improve your balance and wellness.Tai Chi w/ Bee is held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9 am. If the temperature is less than 78 degrees, class will be held at Unity Square. If the temperature is 78 degrees or higher or if weather is inclement, Tai Chi will be held in Meeting Room A @ BPL.

*Please note, if you bring your infant or toddler to a fitness class, we ask that you please bring a playpen and that the child remains in the playpen during class for the safety of the child and the participants.
**Consult with a physician before attending any fitness class.** All first-time participants must sign a participant waiver.
