Balance mind, body and soul through movement, meditation and sound ... Tai Chi Qigong is an ancient Chinese form of mindful exercise that promotes body-mind balance by activating the flow of chi (energy). Tom will introduce 18 flowing movements, accompanied by gentle breathwork and some seated meditation.
You will then experience one of Tom's much loved Gong Baths incorporating the healing sound vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other Indian instruments in our cosy yoga space.
