Nine week block starting Wednesday 5th March for Tai-Chi, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.(8 weeks of movement and 1 week of sound)
This is the season of Spring Equinox.
Let’s connect with the season and embrace the new beginnings of Spring. With this in mind, each week we will focus on a body part or organ of the body through the spiritual practice of Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation. We will have 8 weeks of movement and on 19th March we will have a special soundbath before the Spring Equinox to catapult us into Spring, cleansed and refreshed.
Yoga-Chi is a combination of ancient authentic disciplines Yoga and Tai Chi. When practised together with correct breath flow and a focused mind, one can reach a state of bliss.
Kundalini yoga utilises movement (postures), dynamic breathing, chanting and meditation to relax and restore your mind and body while improving strength, flexibility, and endurance.
This powerfully effective form of yoga stimulates the immune, nervous, and glandular systems, helping to bring you back into true harmony.
This class pass allows you entry to the following classes
Wednesday 5th, 12th, 19th and, 26th March & 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th April 2025
***Please note the 19th March will be a sound only session and not suitable for pregnancy or epilepsy.
